Final UT Environment

I tried to find a link between Barack Obama and Madonna as to why they would have offices so close to each other. I decided that it would be a Youth Conference Centre, where Obama's space is mainly a large outdoor auditorium. Obama has had lots of support from the youth of America so I found it fitting. Obama would use his power position for education of the environment, and other important issues.

Madonna links to this as she is a pop icon, and the majority of youth in America have a strong connection to popular culture. Madonna would be a good personality for the youth, using her popular status to enhance the appeal of the Centre.

I took into consideration the fact that Madonna most probably does very little paperwork as she's got assistants for that. So her 'office' could be an area for her to practice her performances and relax. The use of curves relates back to my original idea of sexuality and femininity.

The shape of the elevator is intended to represent the female form. This relates to Madonna as she uses her sexuality as a marketing device.
